The first step is scheduling a free consultation with our design team. During this initial conversation, we’ll discuss ideas, map out your budget and start visualizing the perfect piece. Whether you have a specific look in mind or need some guidance, our designers will be there every step of the way.
Once we've locked in your vision, our team will create a 3D computer rendering of your design. There, you’ll be able to analyze every angle of your new treasure. Our team will adjust every feature and detail until your expectations are exceeded.
After you’ve approved the overall design, we’ll begin building a physical wax rendering. When your prototype is ready, we’ll invite you back to our store to examine your creation. At this step, you’ll be able to try on the actual piece and inspect the finer details before casting.
Using the highest-quality diamonds, gemstones and metals, our jewelers will cast your dream design. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll schedule the final reveal. Sharing the end result of our custom collaboration is always a proud moment and we can't wait to see the joy your new piece brings.
